- Rick worked in commercial real estate for 6 years before launching his own company in 2006. In 2010, Kaplan Commercial Properties, Inc., merged with RE/MAX Executive Realty. Rick is a member of the United Chamber of Commerce and other networking groups. He’s also served on the Industrial Development Committee for the Town of Medway.

- An accounting degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Management launched Rick’s career at the firm of KPMG Peat Marwick. With a growing interest in real estate, he began to pursue opportunities in real estate investment, development, and brokerage. Today Rick owns several commercial and condominium properties.

He currently serves as an elected member of the Board of Directors for the Milford Area Chamber of Commerce and as an elected member of the Salvation Army ARC Advisory Council of Massachusetts.
